What is the point of voting for liberal Republicans over liberal Democrats?

I don’t see the benefit

Exactly.

The FairTax as he proposed it was not beneficial to anyone, the rates were about the same and the poor still got a handout from you suckers.

The only difference is that liberals would have been able to bribe all America with those bogus “prebate” checks. “We will increase the prebate, those evil greedy heartless conservatives won’t do it”

It was stupid.

What will 51 seats do for Republicans?

The only thing Obama will sign is the McConnell Boehner amnesty bill.

If Obama wants another liberal on SCOTUS Murkowski and Collins will have Obama’s back.

Romney was not 80% with us. Nor was McCain. Nor was Dole. Nor was Bush the Elder. Nor was Gerald Ford. Nor was Nixon. For just six examples. I confess that I wasted my vote on Nixon (twice), Ford, Bush the Elder (twice), Dole, and McCain. I refused to vote for Romney. I have reached the point where I will NEVER again vote for a GOP-E spineless stooge/social revolutionary/gutless policy wimp.

If the GOP wants my vote (and an increasing number of once loyal GOP voters eho now prefer principle over party), it damn well better be prepared to earn it the old-fashioned way by its platform and its candidate selection.

My Congressman is Adam Kinzinger and one of my senators is Mark Nancyboy Kirk. The sun will rise in the West before either gets a vote out of me.

If the gulags are to come, they won't be prevented by the spineless and unprincipled money-grubbing elites. God's honest truth can be found in Scripture, inter alia, and not on Wall Street or in the back rooms of the Main Street Bank and Trust. Also, God helps those who help themselves. Not voting for Demonrats in GOP drag is one way of helping ourselves.

Our nation will be better off or there probably won't be anything describable as "our nation."

Of course, I agree.

If the GOP wants my vote

Almost certainly, they don't.

Sandra Day O’Connor was an utterly useless member of SCOTUS and, with the assistance of James Baker, lied her ass off to get nominated. Anthony Kennedy was once an honorable man with an honorable track record before, at the urging of Lawrence Tribe, he morphed into Sandra Day O’Kennedy and became “The Court” deciding all serious issues by siding with four leftist justices sometimes and with four conservative justices at other times. Every case an adventure and no discernible principles involved. He is a victim of Sandra envy.

In that event, they better brush up on their Chinese language skills because they will need those skills to serve their new masters after they foreclose om]n the national debt. We have reached the point in the GOP where it is rule or ruin. The GOP-E will knuckle under and go to the rear of the line priority-wise or be totally destroyed. They have a lot more to lose.

Sandra Day O’Connor was an utterly useless member of SCOTUS...

O'Connor seemed to think that her job was to be Mama Judge.

She addressed disputes between litigants as disputes between children. Given a conflict, she would arrive at some sort of compromise decision that was "fair" -- quite aside from what the actual law might be.

“Moderates” that hate unborn babies, blame guns and love sodomy are merely unviable, unevolved RINOs. Abort them every election.

The GOP is now officially the Know Nothing Party.

That would mean that Anthony Kennedy is the new "Mama Judge" since O'Connor's retirement.

God bless you and yours.
