Note to Charles “The Sheep” Gillette: If “it’s fine” with you telling the government where your weapons, magazines and ammo are, what will you do when they come to get them? (Although it sounds like you will have already given them up voluntarily before that ever happens.)

Registration will not prevent one killing....not one.
To: papertyger
Watch, very closely, what happens after the next “incident”.

Registration will not prevent a killing but it will be useful for confiscation during a martial law event.
To: papertyger
Hey, if Adam Lanza’s mom would have been required to register that AR-15, then after the Sandy Hook shooting,, the cops would have known the serial number of the gun he used. Or something,,,,,
Stupid for law enforcement,,, only useful for confiscation.

Registration will not prevent one killing....not one.Sure it will!
But it will save the ones as we say in the South "need killin'."

I understand why theyre doing it, but I dont think its constitutional, resident Scott Boccio told WFSB-TV as he was registering his guns.If you REALLY know the reason, then you wouldn't be registering them because the real reason is to eventually outlaw them and confiscate them.

Exactly. Expect a knock (if your lucky) on the front door in the future.
It also allows them to enter your house without your permission because you have a weapon that the government has deemed illegal.

Charles Gillette, who was registering magazines, told the news station that he would have a problem with it if the state was trying to ban the magazines or firearms, but said if they want to just know where they are, thats fine with me.Baaaaa!

so are you saying when the confiscation begins we should just steal one anothers guns? Therefore there is no way to figure out where any of the guns are at?

I live in Maryland so that’s probably next on the agenda but if and when it does.. I’ll have lost or misplaced all my weapons.

How secure is your registry, CT? What an easy way for a gun accessing criminal to know where to find the guns of his choice.
