Where - and what influences on - ones 'formative years' does indeed impact who the adult they will be, becomes.
Trouble is, he spent his formative years in Indonesia, being raised by a Muslim stepfather and Commie mother - attending school with his religion listed as "Islamic" and attending Koran studies - getting up at 4 in the morning for the first call to prayer - He father was also Muslim - and when he went to live with his commie granparents in Hawaii, his tutor for years was an uber commie - Frank Davis, from Chicago - hence the Chicago politics inroads and connections -
And all that really DOES tell us what we have in the WH.
Well, they should definitely put it in a blue state. No use dirtying a good state with it, plus the creepy crowd that it would attract. OTOH, why not put it in Indonesia?
Chicago would be best. Then it can become a deserted, derelict shambles when Chicago becomes Detroit.

His library will be in Chicago. He knows if it is in Hawaii, no one would visit it. And the narcissist in Chief doesn’t want that.
Yeah, he would live in Hawaii and do speaking tours for those that worship him to get richer, but his library would probably be in Chicago IMO. But who knows, maybe they will build it on the base of some active Hawaiian volcano.
Hawaii would be good, but I think Kenya would be the correct location......

The Birth Certificate THE FOREIGNER released was a total fraud. It’s not been proven he was born in Hawaii unless your a leftist drone. They can build the library in Hawaii or Russia. Makes no difference to me. I wouldn’t go see it if you paid me.
I’ve got the perfect place for his so-called library.
Barstow, Communist California. It might still be, but was a major railhead at one time. And just down the road a bit, is the Calico Ghost Town, the only other attraction in the area, outside of sprawling Fort Irwin.
As such a bang-up job as this human being has done, that town is all that he rates in my book.

I’m betting that given Caliph Baraq’s preference for opulence, we’ll see the first POTUS library with 3 branches.
Hawaii, LA, and Chicago.
If it contains Obama’s writings, they only need a closet at the back of some gay bar.
