Those employees with a collective bargaining agreement don’t have to worry about the car wash owner refusing to pay their wages. Makes sense to me.


Huh???

I don’t see how that agreement makes a owner pay wages.

If it is a union car wash the employees have protection from car wash owners that have obviously been a problem when it comes to stiffing their employees. The increased bond amount should tell us there is that kind of a problem. I don’t think the increased requirement came out of thin air. It certainly is not enough to propel car washes to become unionized so that notion falls flat on logic.
