Terrorist abetting attorney released from prison thanks to Obama administration
Powerline ^ | 1-3-14 | Paul Mirengoff

Lynne Stewart, who was convicted of smuggling messages from Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman (“the Blind Sheikh” who masterminded the bombing of the World Trade Center) to his terrorist followers in Egypt, has been released early from prison thanks to the Obama administration. She was released on grounds of “compassion” because she is terminally ill.

District Judge John Koeltl ordered the release based on a request from the director of the Bureau of Prisons through the office of U.S. Attorney. Judge Koeltl previously had denied Stewart’s request for release because it was not supported by the Bureau of Prisons. In other words, Stewart’s release is the handiwork of the Obama administration.

The Bureau of Prisons claims broad discretion in deciding whether to file requests for compassionate release, and it exercises that discretion to reject such release in all but a few cases. According to this analysis, the BOP, which is responsible for more than 218,000 prisoners, filed only 30 motions for early release in 2011. Since 1992, the annual average number of prisoners who received compassionate release has been less than two dozen.

Lynne Stewart has received extraordinarily favorable treatment.

Lynne Stewart is also a terrorist. Not because, as a lawyer, she represented a notorious terrorist, but because she enabled that terrorist to communicate with his terrorist operatives.

By enabling the extraordinary release of Stewart out of sympathy for her medical condition, did those in the administration responsible for this outcome — among whom, presumably, are Attorney General Holder and President Obama — show themselves to be terrorist sympathizers? That conclusion seems too sweeping. But I think it’s fair to say that they sympathized with this particular terrorist.

The White Hut lives for the Blind Sheik.

Manpads for al Qaeda? No problem.

Freeing his personal lawyer/terrorist. No problem.

Is it too late for the EXEMPT, hated, drunk, whoring
and treasonous, US Congress to awaken?

Liberals empathize with evil. Governor Dukakis allowed men in prison for life to have weekend passes. (Until it was shown Willie Horton was busy killing people on his hours outside.) Obama has given billions to terrorist related organizations and some that are supporting active terrorism against Israel; Hamas. (Most recently, $440 million.) I read an article that put forth the thesis that they do this because it’s not logical. For thousands of years, they “reason,” people have done the logical thing and we’re not living in utopia yet, therefore we must do the opposite of logic and reason and we’ll find utopia. Unfortunately, the rest of us have to live with (or die because of) the results.

Lots of people have that who haven’t even been diagnosed yet. It’s not a reason for them to be released for paying off their bills etc, and they haven’t been convicted of a treasonous crime.

Who was the terrorist released from prison who was supposedly being shown compassion because he had only 6 months to live and was alive some 18 months after his release. He was imprisoned in a foreign country, not sure which one but it was about 2-2.5 yrs ago.

Wait until odumbo’s last days and watch for the release of every political prisoner in Gitmo and it will be pardons all around.
He will get his last shots in and they too will be devastating to our once great country.

I am sitting here shaking my head and have no idea what to say or how to say it. Treason. Pure, outright, beyond the shadow of a doubt treason over and over by these people and NO ONE seems to give a damn.

Impeach!!!

The Congressmen of whatever label are already awake. Theỳ are awake to their main chance to become financially secure and rich and it isn't by bucking their Democrat Party bosses.

Britain released the Lockerbie bomber to Libya.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2380333/Lockerbie-bomber-released-Britain-400million-arms-deal-Libya.html

Lockerbie bomber ‘was released by Britain because of £400million arms deal with Libya’•Tony Blair discussed air defence deal with Libyan dictator
•Briefing note written by British ambassador said Libya was linking the contract with a prisoner transfer agreement
•Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset al-Megrahi was released from jail in 2009 on ‘compassionate grounds’ because he had terminal cancer

•Ultimately the defence contract was never signed by Libya

Yeah, she'll experience an "amazing recovery," and then claim that prison conditions are killing people who would otherwise be fine.

Terrorists kill innocent people, and get sent home from prison when they get sick from cancer.

Gotti killed a lowlife like Paul Castellano, and died in prison from his cancer.

I don’t approve of Gotti, but who committed the more heinous crime.

I think Obama is just turning on all the valves at damaging America while he still can. He knows that if he loses the Senate next year, he will get impeached and probably has plans to flee the country before that happens.

But don't worry about little Barry, he has billions socked away.

In the eyes of millions in this country, he will have stuck it to the Man...and will be a folk hero far into the future.

The bottom line is that this woman is expensively dying, and it is cheaper for her to get government healthcare “in the wild” than in prison.

The White Hut lives for the Blind Sheik.

Yep.

Here is what I believe:

The Benghazi attack was planned, arranged and coordinated from the White House as a scheme to provide cover for the release of the blind sheik and other key terrorists.

The obama/VayJay/Hillary!™ plan was to have Ambassador Stevens and others captured and held hostage, so that obama would have an excuse to release the blind sheik and many/all Gitmo prisoners.

It would have been packaged as a diplomatic victory, a triumph of superior negotiation and statecraft, an Iranian Hostage Crisis with a happy ending, where obama emerged victorious after tough negotiations and deft behind the scenes maneuvering. Unlike Carter, he got our Ambassador and staff back successfully and without loss of life.

Whataguy!

When the SEALS showed up, it queered the deal. The muzzies assumed they'd been betrayed (after all such duplicity is what they would have done!) and proceeded to emasculate, sodomize, murder and sodomize Amb Stevens in pure spite, blood lust and revenge.

Now the treasonous bastiches really need a coverup!

Can anyone cite a single data point that would argue against this theory?

Congress is in the process of removing hanging as a punishment for treason as we speak.
