Mental health issues is a slippery slope without any real definition. In other worlds mental issues is camouflage for arbitrary and capricious second amendment assault on an individual basis. Democrats think that those who cling to their God and guns are already mentally unstable, and I believe that in order to a liberal one has to suspend reality and replace it with wishful thinking. This kind of executive tyranny is dangerous no matter who is defining mental health disqualifications. The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The answer is to shoot bad guys not disarm everyone else.

If a doctor or nurse can go to jail by violating the HiPPA law, how are state employees not going to go to jail if they provide private health state information to the federal government?
