Prayers up for the victim, because he’s likely going to need every last one he gets. That much damage surely means a long, painful recovery involving multiple plastic surgeries and endless rounds of physical therapy. And none of that is a guarantee they guy will ever be 100% again.
Charge the little witches with attempted murder. It’s nothing less than they deserve.

According to the article, both women were caught by police at the concert in seats with the stolen tickets. So how is it one was arrested and the other one remains at large?...
