They have “buying missions” around the globe through their overseas trading firms, network of Korean restaurants, and also diplomatic pouch, I am sure they could send some ski equipment like binders and boots and what not, in pieces by diplomatic pack and then reassemble in Pyongyang, for the elite to have top of the line equipment. The UN doesn’t either give a crap or know how to stop it. If it were apartheid Johnannesburg or Pretoria in the 1960s, why the UN would have a team of 200 people 24/7 on the case.
