(CNSNews.com) The two television networks ABC and NBC that covered the 2014 Tournament of Roses parade live on Jan. 1 are not saying why the wedding of two men atop the AIDS Healthcare Foundations float was not part of their programming viewed by more than 60 million people around the world.
When CNSNews.com asked whether the wedding was covered and, if not, why not, ABCs press office said there would be no official statement about the event and cited technical issues. NBC did not respond to the questions.
ABC ran a news article about the gay wedding on Jan. 1 saying the two homosexual men were making history.
One hundred twenty-five years of tradition collided with change and controversy as the Rose Parade in Pasadena, Calif., today included a gay marriage ceremony on a float, the article stated. The theme of the parade was Dreams Come True, and they evidently did for Danny LeClair and Aubrey Loots.
The local paper in Pasadena, Calif., where the parade takes place each year, posted a story online with the headline: TV Stations Cut Away From Gay Marriage During Rose Parade.
Did you miss the gay wedding aboard the AIDS Healthcare Foundation float during the 125th Rose Parade? the Jan. 1 article on the Pasadena Star News website states. You're not alone.
Multiple TV stations cut away from the float quickly or entirely during the Wednesday morning live broadcast, the article stated. Many took to Twitter to express their feelings about the decision.

Yes, even ABC and NBC realize gay marriage is just wrong!
Even the homophiles have their limits...
Obviously the MSM is HOMOPHOBIC!!!!
There is no such thing as gay “marriage”. Unions of any sort between two willing sodomites is anything but a marriage; it’s an abomination.
No, they thought they’d lose even more viewers if they showed it.
They saw what happened to A&E...
Is it possible networks are getting tired of giving the finger to everyday Americans?
Because they were afraid the lovely couple would choose to consummate it, right then and there?
Piss off fags
IIRC it was NBC but i'm not positive. Could have been CBS because Mrs p6 tends to have that on in the mornings.
We didn’t watch the Rose parade because we decided to pass on the Gaystapo’s “In Your Face, America!” moment.
Were they afraid of al-Qaeda, Hamas, Iran's mullahs, etc.?
In this day in day and age the networks can get instant rating sample. They must have seen that the ratings were low and they decided to not show the wedding.

And they would had have 90 + times the tweets and Facebook posts against it if they would have aired it. This is just speculation, but I’m willing to bet that the sponsors told them not to air it after the other past failed attempts at promoting sodomy and boycotts of other spnsors that have ensued the past year. Sorry to break it to them but the normal people will never accept homosexuality as normal. That doesn’t mean we’re going to be hurling stones at them. Hell I’d help a gay person if they needed food or ran out of gas. Just can’t stand the flamers and activists (which seem to be the same).
Yeah, I had some technical difficulties as well during that parade. My TV just wouldn’t turn to that channel. It was the darndest thing. I wonder what I missed.
sadly it was streamed over the local station in Pasadena...I saw it on the web.
it was surreal...and thankfully quite abbreviated

Disney, Comcast, and GE prolly not ready to force it up America’s rectum.
