But nothing that I cannot find already on the 'Net and therefore..
personally I have decided to exit the show at the first instance of dumping the snark on competitors. It's petty and childish.
I don't care that he has a ten-digit IQ and earned his first PhD at age three. It's nuts and sounds like grade school taunting and cheapens his otherwise sterling contribution to America. IMO of course.
I do not have a "home team" among conservative radio talkers. All of them and all Americans are required to facedown enemies foreign and domestic.

Hmmmm. New book, but not a sequel. CW2 stuff.
On last Thursday or Friday’s show he was going on and on about the CH-47 Chinook shot down full of SEALs in afghanistan, describing it as “Viet nam” era relic.
Thinking it was a Sea Knight or something criminally stupid, I looked up the S/N of the crashed helicopter and it was a nearly brand new rebuilt 47F that is one of the newest, most capable Helo’s in the inventory.
The guy get’s half the story, then runs with it.

I’ve enjoyed your posts to the thread over the years. For instance you mentioned Hadacol, which piqued my interest, and had a good time reading up on it. So thanks for that and other things. See you around the forums.
I read something about the wallbanger’s show today regarding Savage. I followed up by checking the podcast. He’s talking of exposing the “Manchurian phony conservative radio host” for who he is. He’s going to do by radio AND TV.

Ooh, I didnt see that one coming. I’ll bet that he and Levin put their heads together sometime between Levin’s diatribe against Savage a few months back and now. Maybe Rush was in on it, too.
I know what you’re saying. I wish I knew how to quit Savage.
I predicted that the shows would be good for the first few days after the change, then he’d gradually slip back into his old habits. And by Easter(or Passover) we may be back to boat surveys and fake third hours.
I also was a bit peeved when I realized that Savage did his best to give the impression that Hannity was leaving radio when this wasn’t the case. This was discussed on another FR thread, one of the Bob Grant ones, I think. This may have been partly what moved Hannity to take on Savage if indeed he does. I was in Seattle all day and wouldn’t have been home to listen to Hannity, who just moved to the drive time slot on KTTH here. I usually listen to Screaming Mimi (Levin)on KVI at that time.
I’m more interested in Savage’s reaction. I tried to listen through Hannity’s podcast. I couldn’t get beyond the first couple of minutes. I skipped over until I found the pertinent info. Looking forward to Savage today.
