Madonna posted a picture of her 13-year-old son Rocco Ritchie holding a bottle of gin Saturday on Instagram, according to the New York Daily News.
"The party has just begun!" Madonna captioned the shot, which included two of Rocco's apparently underage friends holding bottles of vodka.
Note to self: Tear up kids' invites to birthday parties at Madonna's house.
According to E! News, the photo was taken in the Swiss Alps where the legal drinking age is 16. But, in her defense, Madonna probably never went to math class.
Of course, people immediately criticized Madonna on Instagram, prompting her to post another photo Sunday of Rocco's two friends not holding bottles of vodka

Hey. If that fame-hungry has-been was my mother, I’d drink too.
And she will be wondering why he is an alcoholic at 16.
“Madonna” makes trailer trash look good.
Just because Microsoft Word flags it, doesn't make it an error.
Someone should call Child Protective Services.
Has she made him “gay” yet?
How Eurocentric of her.
If it were a non-famous mother who did this, I guarantee someone would call CPS.
The poor little bastard will end up with multiple drunk and disorderly charges, a few visits to rehab, and then blow his brains out by the time he is 21.
Good thing he has such a “cool” parent.
LOL let’s hope he does not end up gay.
Man, the whorenolists can’t get anything right these days. Yes, 16 is the legal drinking age in Switzerland, for beer and wine. However, for spirits (which, the last time I checked, included Vodka and Gin), the legal drinking age is 18.
Well, it would be just desserts for Madonna to be caught in the dragnet of the Pink Police State.
He probably already is.
You have GOT to be kidding me! Yesterday was the 20th anniversary of the bashing of Nancy Kerrigan’s knee, btw.
Just another promotion to get her and now her son, into the “celebrity” spotlight. And probably free booze compliments of the liquor companies featured.
Damn Tanya, eat a salad will ya? .........Geez what a hogger.
“This woman is a hero to the media. Phil Robertson they hate.”
Just one more indication of a society that is becoming more and more Godless.
Look at the pictures, it seems she already did. http://www.jrn.com/wtmj/now-trending/Madonna-photographs-13-yr-old-son-with-liquor-239001951.html?lc=Smart
One of the few things the Euros get right. We have such a hypocritical attitude towards alcohol in this country: the fact that an 18-year-old young man can be handed a gun and told to kill the enemy in hellholes like Afghanistan, yet is treated like a criminal for enjoying a beer in America is utterly ridiculous.
Hell, I've seen conservative freepers have the same double standard. If a politician wants to put a bunch of restrictions on cigarette smoking, he's a RINO scumbag and a "nanny stater". If a politician wants to put a bunch of restrictions on booze, he's only doing it because he's concerned about our kids and trying to make the roads safer.
"A walking yeast infection".....
An 18 year old MAN, IMHO, should enjoy all of the rights of MANHOOD. An 18 year old modern pathetic drone of a public education indoctrinated manchild... not so much. A 13 year old child and alcohol... never.
I'd assume Child Protective Services in Europe aren't overly troubled with parents giving their children alcohol.
Just watch. The Left’s next “civil rights cause of our time” will be to lower the age of consent.
Nothing to worry about. The kid’s been drinking for 10 years and knows how to handle his booze.
Then: Tie my laces. I can't skate like this!
Now: Tie my laces. I can't see them!
I think that she’s legally changed her name from tonya to TON-ya
