Madonna posted a picture of her 13-year-old son Rocco Ritchie holding a bottle of gin Saturday on Instagram, according to the New York Daily News.

"The party has just begun!" Madonna captioned the shot, which included two of Rocco's apparently underage friends holding bottles of vodka.

Note to self: Tear up kids' invites to birthday parties at Madonna's house.

According to E! News, the photo was taken in the Swiss Alps where the legal drinking age is 16. But, in her defense, Madonna probably never went to math class.

Of course, people immediately criticized Madonna on Instagram, prompting her to post another photo Sunday of Rocco's two friends not holding bottles of vodka

Man, the whorenolists can’t get anything right these days. Yes, 16 is the legal drinking age in Switzerland, for beer and wine. However, for spirits (which, the last time I checked, included Vodka and Gin), the legal drinking age is 18.
