AL, AK, AZ, VT and WY are unrestricted carry states.

IL became a Shall-Issue CCW state this year. The only big holdouts to the trend have been CA and NY.

The Glorious Peoples’ Democratic Soviet of Maryland also holds on to it’s ridiculous discretionary permit system ...

Maybe not as big, but you can add New Jersey, Maryland, Rhode Island, and Hawaii.

We have the votes to pass national reciprocity under the full faith and credit clause and the second amendment. It is only the current administration that is stopping us, and I include Harry Reid in that administration.

42 states have shall issue, but we cannot get national reciprocity out of the Senate? There is a serious disconnect there.

With national reciprocity, the “may issue” states will quickly become “shall issue”.
