The point here is the clerk had access to the early votes in the database to determine what kind of FIX would need to be put in. If clerks have access to how who voters are voting, we have to assume this is possible with every voting machine!!
Where there’s a shill, there’s a way.......................
I’d be interested in knowing who those particular ballots were cast for. My guess is..........?
Of course. They would never lie and they would never do anything bad.
Think of them as a “Big Brother.”
“Hanging comes to mind.”
If the duel were reinstated, one might see less insulting, obnoxious and rude behaviour on the part of Progressives.
(They might come to the conclusion that the revolution isn’t worth it.)
IMHO
True, because systems are designed to ensure that transactions are identifiable and traceable, so that if there's a hiccup while processing a transfer from one account to another, each account can be examined to see whether or not the transfer has been processed. Ballots are explicitly designed not to be identifiable and traceable, for purpose of making it impossible for people to show how they voted (nothing can prevent someone from being paid $100 for a promise to vote for someone, but it shouldn't be possible for that person to prove that they earned the money).
Still, it should be easy to guard against misplaced ballots. Within a minute of polls closing, it should be possible to absolutely positively determine how many cast ballots there are supposed to be at each polling place, and even before any ballots are counted it should be possible to get an absolutely-accurate tally of how many ballots there should be at each office. The total numbers of cast ballots should be 100% traceable (e.g. so one can tell at any time which precincts have or have not yet been included in the tally). If all election reports are required to include counts of ballots which are spoiled or have not yet been examined, the total number of ballots in the system should remain absolutely constant, and any deviation whatsoever should be immediately detectable.
Apparently Colorado votes mostly by mail ballots which can be mailed or dropped
at locations and in person if so desired.
