The statistics don't lie but bureaucrats do. They want to stop disciplining the one group of kids who need it the most. Maybe the school wouldn't have to discipline them so much if these kids had two parents at home teaching them right from wrong. Now they will learn the consequences of their actions from the police department.

The point is stopping schools from having kids ARRESTED by cops for misbehavior.
If you like the idea of kids getting a criminal record for childhood hijinks, please don't ever call yourself "conservative".
