The Puppy Bowl has been a huge ratings success on Animal Planet for years.

Check it out especially the "hilites" from, earlier years..

The commercials won’t be as good, though.

Still more interesting than the Super Bowl.

I agree, football has been hyped up to the level “pro” wrestling was at when I was a kid.

watching an old TV test pattern for a couple of hours is more interesting than watching a collection of drugged up, low IQ thugs.

We think the puppy bowl is great fun. Might check out the fish bowl, if I remember.

Sports are not a bad thing. Getting fixated upon them to the point of cult, is a bad thing.

Yep. Nothing like “watching” a staged nip slip that no one really ever saw but everyone talked about to get higher ratings.

It’s a tradition in my place to watch the puppy bowl.

My beloved kitty would have loved the fish bowl. With a side of sushi to nosh on.

Hey, my kids are hooked on the Puppy Bowl.

I usually have to watch the Super Bowl later on DVR because my kids demand to watch the Puppy Bowl live! Damn you, Animal Planet!

If this is true & I doubt it, these TV big shots are so blinkered they don’t realize that millions of people, including me, will NOT be watching the Super Bowl.

we always put the puppy bowl on when we think of it during the superbowl. hell, last year I didn’t even know who was playing in the superbowl until a couple of days after it was over.
