The Washington Examiner is calling for a special prosecutor in the IRS targeting scandal, saying it's the only way to get to the bottom of what went on.
House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa points to tone deafness to explain the choice of an Obama donor to run the Justice Department's "investigation" of IRS targeting of conservative, Tea Party and evangelical political groups during the 2010 and 2012 campaigns. But the California Republican is being entirely too diplomatic. Putting a donor in charge is more like flipping the bird to Obama's critics.
When the IRS harassment abuse first became public last year, Obama promised a complete investigation. Attorney General Eric Holder described the IRS harassment as "outrageous and unacceptable" and ordered a joint investigation by the FBI and the Justice Department. But it's been obvious since then that the investigation has been, at best, perfunctory. A more accurate description of the probe may well be "criminal obstruction," at least according to Issa.
In a Jan. 8 letter to Holder, Issa noted that, after repeated requests for information from the FBI about the progress of the probe, it "failed to provide the requested information, and, after the [Justice Department] apparently interfered, the [FBI] withdrew" its previous offer to meet with the oversight committee's staff to discuss the investigation. It was in the same letter that Issa revealed the committee's discovery that the Justice Department officials overseeing the investigation is trial attorney Barbara Bosserman.

In the culture, laws were made by men and carried out by professionals who understood the laws they were executing. In the counterculture, laws were made by activists/progs/socialiasts and then modified by regulators and bureaucrats so many times that trials involve extensive debates over what law was broken, whether it was broken and whether the law that may have been broken even exists. No one ever knows what the law actually is. They only know whom they want punished and why. All of this to the advantage of lawyers that run every branch of government in order to fully line their pockets.
Christie may recover enough to run for president — as long as no evidence surfaces connecting him directly to the order to close the bridge lanes. But even without the scandal, he faced long odds to win the nomination.
On the other hand, the Democrats have the most scandal-plagued candidate in recent history as their frontrunner. Liberals may not care about Hillary’s problems, but the American people may. The point being, just what is it the left is celebrating about the Christie bridge scandal?

Today is the last watershed day for America, because it is the last chance for the US Supreme Court to exercise a Constitutional Check and Balance on the current rogue, tyrannical and oppressive Federal Administration.
Chief Justice John “Traitor” Roberts will probably again refuse to abide with the clear Constitutional Law, and again rewrite the US Constitution to his own liking, in similar manner to what Roberts did with the Constitutionality of the Obamacare Case when he un-Constutionally converted a legal fine into an illegal tax.
Today the US Supreme Court takes up the issue of whether or not an Administration can act without Congressional Approval on matters relating to personnel appointments.
The topic of bypassing the House on approving the spending of taxpayer’s dollars by the Administration will not be considered today, except tangentially, as the appointed personnel will be paid with taxpayer dollars, which would be a bypassing of the Constitutional Control of the Purse by the US House of Representatives.
We taxpayers view this as a clear cut case where we have “Taxation Without Representation” because our Representatives have not been part of the decision-making process.
Examples of a few Imperial matters of record include the following:
* Senator Reid’s Democrats recent voting to turn the US Congress into the US Parliament,
* Boehner’s refusal to appoint House Special Prosecutors for each of the Five Obama Administration Scandals,
* Obama’s four years of Imperial actions, and
* the recent history, ( Traitor Roberts’ Obamacare decision), of the US Supreme Court’s proven reluctance to provide their Constitutional duty of a Check and Balance on the other two Branches of the US Federal Government.
With the usual US Supreme Court private straw vote today that always follows the 30 minute Official Hearing before the Court, America’s future fate will be sealed, and later proclaimed between now and the Summer of 2014.
Either way that the NINE SUPREMES rule on this case, “The Summer of 2014” will prove to be the Summer that decided whether or not our Founding Fathers fought King George the Third of England in vain - - - .

Refuse to obey ANY laws from this Beast in Washington and obey God’s laws alone.
It is time to resist and defy them.
Let them make that last mistake and then we shall be justified to defend ourselves from tyrants as is our historical heritage.
