You know, Neil, there is a simple solution to IRS tyranny: replace the income tax with the FairTax and abolish the IRS!

Go to http://www.fairtax.org and find out how to help us do that.

They have written their regulations. Now let them enforce them.

[ They have written their regulations. Now let them enforce them. ]

You fail... They have been Selectively enforcing them for years if not decades....

They are not going to enforce a law that will hurt them even if they themselves passed that law...

Sorry to sound harsh but they do not respect the rule of law in the first place...

[ Civil disobedience has started.]

The tea party has already been viewed as “unsanctioned civil disobedience” unlike all the liberal “sanctioned civil disobedience” that is because the law is now only selectively enforced.

We would still need a federal agency to administer the Fair Tax. It would still need the audit and collection powers of the IRS. When it came time to staff the new agency, guess where it would hire its staff from.

Viewed as, but that is not what it is. But they don’t even like the idea of conservatives getting together.

I ALWAYS pays to read the legislation before you comment on a proposed new law.

You might also go to http://www.fairtax.org and read up on the proposal.

Your questions will be answered.

I like the 50 Bill plan.

The feds send out 50 bills, one to each state. The size of the bill is based on the size of the population as determined by the last census.

The states then figure out how to collect it. Eventually, the most efficient, compassionate, and business friendly, and least costly to businesses and individuals methods of collection would emerge.

Dick, you will note that theBuckwheat has not responded to our clarion call to “Read the Bill” before commenting on the FairTax.

I am presuming theBuckwheat is a LIEberal, and believes that the Marxist progressive income tax should not be replaced?

On another, yet related, note, I see that the USA is no longer among the top ten economically FRee countries in the world. Haven’t had time to check if the article is up on FR yet, but here is the link: http://online.wsj.com/news/articles/SB10001424052702303848104579308811265028066#printMode

It is not surprising. The Rats CONSTANTLY look for new ways to tax us and screw the citizens to give themselves more power and control.

It has boiled down to US vs THEM!

“Where the people fear the government you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people you have liberty.”

[Although popularly attributed to Thomas Jefferson, the most likely source of this quotation appears to be a series of debates on socialism published in 1914; cf, John Basil Barnhill, Barnhill-Tichenor Debate on Socialism, As It Appeared in the National Rip-Saw. Saint Louis, Mo.: The National Rip-Saw Pub. Co., 1914, 34.]

The Federal Government is, IMHO, an out of control criminal enterprise working 24/7 to destroy the Constitution and the country!

Right now, the people fear the govrnment — we must work to reverse that!

And we can get a start on that worthy objective in November by returning an even more Conservative House and electing a conservative, veto proof Senate!

Once we regain the Senate, we can begin to rid the government of the criminal element!

It will take a Con-Con to wrest control of the government from the ruling elites.
