The Obama administration announced Tuesday that it was delaying the deadline for people with pre-existing conditions to enroll in ObamaCare....
The announcement marked the second time the pre-existing condition enrollment deadline had been pushed back. The deadline to enroll was originally the end of December, but problems with the federal health-care exchange site forced the White House to move the end date back by one month.
Citing an HHS official, The Hill reported Tuesday that less than 30,000 people were enrolled in the PCIP program.

I am completely flummoxed by the outright lawlessness of this administration. No one is doing a damn thing about it! NO ONE!
This is grounds for impeachment. I’m one man. I’ve done everything I can as a “citizen” of this nation: I’ve called, written letters, and even faxed my Congressman and Senators.
This is far and away the most frustrated I’ve ever been at my government. I don’t even want to call it “my” government. This is an oligarchy.
The new extension is just the latest in a string of unilateral delays the administration has implemented to buy time after the disastrous rollout of HealthCare.gov.
The Obama administration has so far delayed the premium payments deadline, delayed by one week the sign-up date for coverage beginning Jan. 1, pushed back by six weeks the sign-up date for those seeking coverage by April 1, and delayed the second-year enrollment period until after the 2014 elections.
The $5 billion PCIP program was intended as bridge health coverage to sick patients waiting for the full implementation of ObamaCare. The administration says that 135,000 have used the program at some point, but did not say how many were currently in PCIP.
An HHS official told The Hill there are less than 30,000 people still enrolled.
HHS stopped accepting new applicants early last year over fears the program didn’t have enough money to cover those that had signed up.
Am I reading this right? They stopped enrolling people in the program early in 2013 because they thought they didn't have enough money. Now they have too much money in the program and are now having trouble giving the money away so they are extending enrollment into 2014?

What I’d like to know is if a majority of Americans truly accept what’s happening in this country; or are they so far removed from the goings-on in DC that they think it doesn’t/can’t affect them?
Would a plurality of Americans support the Tea Party cause enough that they would lay down their lives, their fortunes, and their honor to join us; or would most Americans simply roll over and pray that their new masters pat their belly instead of gutting them on the living room floor?
This is welfare. There can be no actuarial basis to kenyancare after all this flim flam.
Republicans will deserve to lose in this fall’s elections for wanting to preserve ObamaCare as a campaign issue. This strategy will backfire, because their inaction allows Obama to rewrite the law every day to make it more palatable. This will delay the full effects of this disaster until next year, and the Democrats will gain ground in November.

So now the law of the land is whatever this faggoty dictator whims it to be.
As for the delay, this Obama is a genius. He already has an upside-down 20-80 enrollee mix of good to bad, and now he is opening the door a little wider for the bad.
If the GOP just refuses to fund the Obamacare bailout, it collapses.

They turned the whole health system on its head to accommodate the “millions” who couldn’t get health insurance due to pre-existing conditions.
Now they’re moving hell and high water and practically begging those people to sign up.
Yet another reason why Obamacare was so crucial bites the dust and more proof that this wasn’t about accommodating those who didn’t have insurance, but rather about exerting government control over those who did.

Yes, there is a pattern. Every single time the GOP turns down the heat on an issue the Dems skate. Boehner should have been engaging obama directly on this on a weekly basis. Grind him down and destroy the Dem brand like the Dems did to Bush.
The Dem/MSM complex uses the progressive Republicans like McCain to weaken the GOP message. The GOP will continue to lose until the GOP has a clear agenda that Main Street can see. Right now we are getting more of the loser tip toe to the election strategy which gives the Dems a window of opportunity. 2014 is going to be very close. No landslide for the GOP.
If Rubio & Co. can somehow manage to head off the bailout, the sellout insurance companies are gonna be SOOOOO SCROOOOOOOD!
