if a person drinks excessively, everyone pretty much can tell right away...not so with weed...you can bumble about and not get noticed...you won't have a breath odor

CRAP. They smell horrible. Clothes too. You can smell it a lot farther away than alcohol too. Glassy eyes and not focusing on anything as they "bumble about", is going to be noticed.

It’s going to be noticed when their brain cells are fried. I’ve seen it too many times. Alcohol addiction is bad but I haven’t seen many with fried brains after they quit. Pot heads never function the same, it’s like they are in a constant fog.
