Regarding having to have an ID, but a bit off topic...
I have retirement coming up in a couple of years,
and one of the things that Mrs. Repeal and I have thought about
was to sell off everything and get a travel trailer and
drive all over and tour the U.S. and Canada for months,
maybe even for a couple of years if it was possible.

Start thinking about the problems with doing that.
How do you deal with car registrations, insurance renewal,
driver’s license renewals, etc., etc., etc.
if you have no “permanent” address?

It seems to be impossible in our current system to be a nomad or a gypsy.
