New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is the jerk who double-crossed Mitt Romney, sold his buddy out, and helped to re-elect Barack Obama. In hundreds of media interviews since the Presidential election, Wayne Allyn Root has warned: "The GOP can never again trust Chris Christie. Christie stabbed Mitt Romney in the back. Once a traitor, always a traitor. He cannot be our Presidential nominee." Now, Christie finds himself embroiled in a scandal.

Never-the-less, as governor, Christie governs for his state, and he is far better than the crooked Atty General, a racist as well.

Then why is it last in economic solvency?

I would not gloat over Christie’s travails. This will be used to paint all Republicans as mean-spirited, corrupt and disdainful of the “little guy”.

Hmmm. Maybe. And I would normally agree with you. But I think Christie is unique. He is is own “thing” and pretty much stands alone. He was elected by Dems and is utterly unique.

I most certainly could be wrong, but I think that Christie is the only one that goes down with this ship.

If he was lying at that press conference he better hope his underlings don't roll over on him. He won't get any sympathy from me if that happens. Maybe his buddy Berry will stop by and give him a hug.

He got used by the Democrats during Hurricane Sandy and now they're clearing the way for Hillary in 2016 by taking him down..

It's kind of obvious, isn't it? The media in conjunction with the NSA eavesdropping on ALL domestic communications can prop up or bring down anyone, at any time they choose.

Fat Boy learns first hand “what goes around comes around”, especially when you are fat and stupid and associate with Progressive losers.

Christie looks like he has lost some weight. But his stabbing Romney in the back a few days before the election is unforgivable. I will not vote for this man. I think he hurt Romney because he wanted the 1916 nomination for himself. His keynote speech stank. If Romney were to win He would run for reelection and Christie would be shut out for eight yrs.

Isn’t it curious that: 1) Christie fired his Dep Chief of Staff for lying and not for the act itself and 2) that he says he didn’t speak to her about it, i.e. the lane closures, just fired her once he learned that she didn’t come clean.

Also, it’s a stretch to believe that the Deputy made this decision and didn’t tell the Chief of Staff (or anybody else in the Chain of Command) and the Chief didn’t tell the Gov. what was going down. Sorry, no way.

The canaries will start to sing once they have immunity.
