I'm sorry, but it's
highly relevant in that particular case whether a juror is a homo. Of course, this is the freaking Ninth Circus....
The full court will render the same verdict if they hear it. The bastards are trying to affect the outcome of the case by allowing obviously biased jurors into the pool.
