Jarrett and Hillary and Panetta and Petraeus were to handle the rest. He would have delegated the actual WORK to them.

He does not WORK on the level of seriousness. He DELEGATES TO THE USUAL SUSPECTS, IM(Very)HO.

Stevens was know to have had foot in mouth disease and had long since become a liability to the regime.If it was know that he was gay and the regime "sort of let him die" due to death by bad terroriststhat would not have looked too good for the upcoming elections. Only one of many reasons why Benghazi is so important. They don't want history rewritten,truth has to stay buried.

Stevens often talked to all the wrong people with his "trust all people all the time attitude", and had trouble keeping state secrets from what I read. Wish I had links but its been a while ago.

Only one person has that authority, and that's the COMMANDER IN CHIEF, and that authority CANNOT be delegated.

This isn't a bombshell. Plenty of people, including myself, have been reminding people right from the beginning that this was not a consulate. It was a CIA safe house that was supposedly secret.

It contradicts all of their claims which is why this inconvenient fact has been simply ignored. Now that other people are paying attention to this maybe they will ask these simply questions.

1) Why was our ambassador at a CIA safe house?

2) What business did he have there that couldn't have been done at an official location like the embassy?

3) Who knew he was going to be there?
