As our campaign has gained momentum, our opponents have gotten more and more desperate. But now they’ve stooped to a new low by attacking my family, my education, and my personal story – playing politics with the journey that has been my life.
Mine is a story about a teenage single mother who struggled to keep her young family afloat. It’s a story about a young woman who was given a precious opportunity to work her way up in the world. It’s a story about resiliency, and sacrifice, and perseverance.

Ms. Davis is a lot like Mrs. Clinton in that she had to hitch her wagon to a man to get ahead.

My wager is that after 'Windy' is defeated in November, she will relocate to either Kalifornia or DC 'cause the political money in Texas will dry up quickly.
She's a native Rhode Island RAT and absolutely needs to get gone from Texas.
She should go home...she could get elected in Rhode Island with little effort on her part.

For the sake of Texas and the rest of these United States I hope her ‘journey’ comes to a screeching halt real soon. Well, at least a halt, the screeching always goes on, doesn’t it.
She just can’t stop lying ... her story was exposed by a lib reporter, not the Abbott campaign.

Gotta engage the Clinton-era parsing detection protocol. Wendy referred vaguely to her "opponents", hoping that Abbott would get the blame for what is obviously an internecine Texas Democrat knife fight.
Can anyone explain to me why it makes a difference on whether she was 19 or 21? The other things (like leaving the day her husband paid off her college loan and losing custody of her kids) seem to me to be more important. However, people around here keep harping on the 19 vs 21 thing.
