The findings say 49% of black men had been arrested by the time they were 23. Hispanic men were next with a 44% arrest rate. 38% of white men reported they had spent time behind bars.As I stated in an earlier post, I am not buying ANY of these numbers.
However, IF they really are correct, then far from seeing it as an indication that a high percentage of young Americans are criminals, I would consider it the most telling evidence I have seen of our country's transformation from a free society to a tyrannical Police-State.

Legalization of pot is a trick to lock up more black people.
It’ll be “available” to those over 18/21 but 16 year olds are going to buy it and be criminally liable for thier actions.

Games with statistics, the same way they come up with 50% of females having abortions.
Every arrest is counted as 1 person..Doesn’t take into account career criminals and plea bargains.
It’s the reason for 3 strike laws.
