Every time I hear a commentator say that what Dr Gosnell in Philadelphia did was kill babies as a result of a 'botched' abortion, I want to scream. What he did was induce labor, and kill the result of a DELIVERY of a pre-term BABY.

Another point totally ignored by the illustrious Illinois state senator: Babies conceived before the death of their father, and born after his death, inherit his estate; and this law pre-dates our Constitution.
