I went to the French Qtr. once. I found it to be of the lowest, dirtiest places in America. It really attracted a rabble.
I feel sorry for the otherwise good folks of New Orleans who have to deal with that low-grade tourist sh**hole in their city.
Why was he the target of a senseless attack? Because we have raised generations of feral black youth, who have been raised with no morals, no values, and no respect for human life. We have raised generations of feral black youth who think whites are the reason their lives are so miserable.
We have raised generations who have no fear of the punishment or consequences for actions such as these.

The entitlement welfare system encourages this dysgenic breeding. I read on a Chicago cop blog, about how incest was rampant in the projects, because so many didn’t know who their fathers, and therefore who their siblings, were.
I did too and came home with the worse stomach virus and fever of my life. I don't think I'll ever forget it...all the way home, sick as a dog, ended up in the emergency room. And I didn't drink a drop of liquor.

New Orleans police released a sketch on Tuesday night (Jan. 21) of a man suspected in helping beat a man unconscious after an altercation outside a French Quarter bar.
It is one of the few American cities that has remained true to its founding principles.
