It’s about time to face the facts: Snowden was likely a sincere libertarian who came to some kind of logical conclusion about how inconsistent a lot of politics. Can’t say I condone him in what he did, but I can’t say I didn’t see some kind of person who wanted to be sincere taking a swipe at the establishment.

I have to say my take on Snowden is every evolving. At first I was disgusted by what he did, but now I am more disgusted by the intrusive activities of the NSA and the hunt against whislteblowers in general. I still don't agree how Snowden went about it and the fact he sought sanctuary with America's enemies, but maybe I will grow to understand.

The once prestigious intelligence agency is now stained while the abusing politicians skate. Snowden revealed nothing but a diversion.
