Probable caused by the same thing that caused the dust bowl and all the other big droughts - lack of water/rain.

I cannot substantiate the following assertion either scientifically or factually; just thinking out loudly.

As a consequence of their tunnel-vision delirium to buy votes from a growing number of illegal immigrants and their sympathizers with taxpayer dollars, I wonder if Democratic politicians have possibly completely overlooked that California’s water resources needed to be expanded to handle the larger crowd.
