After Jeff finished paying off the last of Wendy’s school loans, she filed for divorce and gave up custody of her children. According to Jeff, his wife just decided, “While I’ve been a good mother, it’s not a good time for me right now.”

Windy: "What difference do these children make?"

Not to mention the restraining order the custodial hubby had to get in 2003. (In that order, the judge ordered that Wendy Davis “be immediately restrained from . . . using illegal drugs or consuming alcohol within 24 hours before or during the period of possession of or access to the child.”)

Buh bye, Windy...we barely knew ye.

As I said, for a father to get sole custody, let alone a non biological parent to get sole custody over a biological parent, the mother had to have been a train wreck during the divorce. Combine that with the fact they were BOTH lawyers, so could litigate if they wanted to virtually for free if they wanted to.... No way She can spin this in a way that makes her look good.
