Virginians! Join the petition to remove Attorney Mark Herring from office for dereliction of duty
Change.org ^ | 26 June 2014 | TDJ

Posted on 01/26/2014 12:28:43 PM PST by Teófilo

Virginia's Attorney General Mark Herring recently stated his office will not defend the Commonwealth's Constitutional definition of marriage as solely between one man and one woman, approved by general referendum in 2006. By doing so, Attorney General Herring is in violation of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia - which provides for mechanisms to amend the Constitution by popular vote - an action that shows contempt for the will of the people of our Commonwealth by circumventing the people's will through legal maneuvering. Therefore, Attorney General Mark Herring demonstrated he is unfit for the office of Attorney General and he must be removed from office.

VERISMILITUDE EQUALS COLLUSION: First California, now Virginia? The similarity of the two AG's refusals to enforce state laws has the stench of conspiracy...are they colluding with gay rights groups? Did they accept money (bribes) to ignore the law?

===========================================

The Bank Secrecy Act should be deployed ASAP: Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of govt fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, and other financial crimes.

“The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

L/E needs to use the Bank Secrecy Act to examine the AG's bank accounts:

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate collusion and conspiracy. Govt monies may pay for personal and private expenses, credit cards, real estate subsidies and vehicle purchases.

<><> To cover their tracks, govt insiders might fake invoices, falsified to show that money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate govt purposes.

<><> The scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from federal and state sources that actually covered the transfer of funds from co-conspirators for the insiders' own use.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC other accounts, to operate personal businesses. Govt fraud can also be facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intrabank transfers from govt accounts into personal accounts.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel and gifts from luxury outlets for S/O's.

NEED TO SEE (1) copies of checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including e-mail, contracts, loan agreements, and, (8) any other books or records. L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub-brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

NEED TO KNOW about suspicious activities: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

Taxpayers should demand the Bank Secrecy Act be used to investigate govt fraud pronto.

They, the marxist/progressive/socialists, democRATs want to rule by executive fiat. Hyperbole? No, not so much. Look at Holder's Justus department, and who they go after, and how they ignore subpoenas? Or maybe look at the EPA. Coal is toast, next up fracking. Or how about Cuomo or Schumer's attacks on the TEA party? The "nuclear option" to end debate in the Senate?

Look at the current attacks on the Church, conservatives, or conservative organizations for all the evidence you need [Maybe with help from the IRS and NSA?]. I could go on and on with Benghazi, Fast & Furious etc...oh, and 0bamcare.

A good poll question would be: On a scale from 1-5, 5 being the greatest threat, do you feel your government is a threat to you?

Methinks the majority of Americans don't want a king. If not, all bets are off. Act accordingly.

We shall see...

I am tired of these types ignoring all checks and balances and recur to judicial fiat to nullify laws and constitutions. We need to take a stand and say ENOUGH.

He models himself after Emperor Obama who just refuses to enforce laws he disagrees with. Its becoming standard Democrat practice to simply ignore laws you don’t like and NO ONE will call them on it.

I’ll tell you who else ought to be removed: any reporter who covered his campaign and didn’t think to ask him point blank if he would enforce that law BEFORE the election. If he had announced this in advance, he would have lost in a landslide. Once again we are led to perdition by incompetent/dishonest/manipulative media.

I followed the election very closely. This guy was not elected. The Clinton machine knew a real AG would shut down McAwful and they stole the AG spot.

We need the same thing in Pennsylvania to remove AG Kane for the similar abdication.

Someone needs to file a complaint with the Virginia State Bar for unethical conduct by a lawyer to his client.

And a member of the House of Delegates needs to file an impeachment resolution.

It might be more effective to file a petition with the Virginia State Bar to try to get him disbarred. Then he could no longer serve as attorney general. Here is a link:
