A line was crossed the day Obama was certified as qualified to stand for election as president.
Of course, but for POTUS and SOS to declare the 1st Amendment responsible for uprisings in the ME is a Constitutional offense far beyond the election voodoo that got Obama elected — my opinion.

This case should be used to give SCOTUS - specifically Roberts and Alito - a chance to redeem the First Amendment by overturning not only McCain-Feingold in particular but campaign finance “reform” in general. Therein lies his problem, millions have already learned it isn’t (my) government anymore...’First they came for the...’.
It’ high time to put an end to the IRS, they have become nothing more than Obama’s Secret Police, and they need to be stopped.... how bout some community organizing against the IRS.
No citizen of America should ever have a hesitation, based on fear of retaliation, to criticize the government, a political party, or a belief system.
The American Pravda is MORE to blame for this than Obama and his Minions.
