Gerald Molen, the producer of Dinesh D’Souza’s documentary film “2016: Obama’s America,” says he never feared his government before he learned that D’Souza is under federal investigation for election fraud. […]

“I’m a little bit taken aback by the whole thing because he’s such a great American,” Molen said of D’Souza on Newmax TV’s “Steve Malzberg Show.” The conservative writer and commentator understands the process in America and how it works, Molen said. […]

Asked by Malzberg if he ever felt threatened or had any feelings they should not have been making the film, Molen answered, “No. This is America. I’ve never had that feeling,” adding, “I’ve never had the occasion to think that I had to fear my government. I never had the thought that I had reason to think I had to look over my shoulder until now.” …

A line was crossed when the 1st Amendment was blamed for Benghazi.

A line was crossed the day Obama was certified as qualified to stand for election as president.

Of course, but for POTUS and SOS to declare the 1st Amendment responsible for uprisings in the ME is a Constitutional offense far beyond the election voodoo that got Obama elected — my opinion.

The MSM is complicit in this tyranny as well.

If a GOP POTUS did this, he would be swinging from the end of a rope long ago and rightfully so.

Obama is Law-Less because ESTABLISHMENT Republicans are BALL-LESS!!!

Kill the beast, primary challenge all of them all the time. It is the only method to keep them halfway honest.

There are a few I can count on both of my hands but that is it.

Isn’t this guy one of the men who worked with Spielberg on “Schindler’s List”?

He is a real Hollywood guy....but a rare conservative.

I don’t believe he was ever certified. All we had was Pelosi saying ‘he is eligible’. Nothing more.

This case should be used to give SCOTUS - specifically Roberts and Alito - a chance to redeem the First Amendment by overturning not only McCain-Feingold in particular but campaign finance “reform” in general. This case should make it clear that that isn’t even a close call.

Regulating “money in politics” sounds wonderful - but as Adam Smith’s dictum

People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public, or in some contrivance to raise prices. - Adam Smith, Wealth of Nations (Book I, Ch 10)
predicts, when journalists have institutionalized cooperation - they call it “association,” as in “The Associated Press” - they go along and get along with each other, and conflate the interest of “the press” in attracting eyeballs to advertisers with “the public interest.” Sorry, no sale - those are two entirely different things. Bad news attracts attention, all right - but bad news is still nothing but what it says on its face. Bad news.

“Liberal” politicians get their positive labels such as “liberal” or “progressive” or “moderate” or “centrist” the old-fashioned way - they toady up to the journalism monopoly, going along to get along. The really serious money - the really serious corruption - in politics is the money journalists spend using their presses in the service of demagoguery. Their monopoly was “too big to fail” when transmission bandwidth was expensive; now it is dirt cheap. It must be weakened for the good of the Republic.

We live in a fascist dictatorship. Its strong arm is the IRS.

I think we’re in a fascist oligarchy, there are many people including republicans that are attacking conservatives. Obama isn’t smart enough to be doing all of this on his own..

Therein lies his problem, millions have already learned it isn’t (my) government anymore...’First they came for the...’.

It’ high time to put an end to the IRS, they have become nothing more than Obama’s Secret Police, and they need to be stopped.... how bout some community organizing against the IRS.

We are quickly approaching the point at which we can't reverse any of this. Expanding entitlements, executive orders, corrupt judiciary, corrupt IRS, corrupt DOJ...I fear it's going to be too much to overcome.

No citizen of America should ever have a hesitation, based on fear of retaliation, to criticize the government, a political party, or a belief system.

The MSM is complicit in this tyranny as well.

The American Pravda is MORE to blame for this than Obama and his Minions.

The press.

They are first.

“I Never Feared My Gov’t Until Now”

I did.

I've been afraid of it ever since the Carter Administration.
