Movies - take them as they run - are fiction. Im sorry, but I see no possible principled way of controlling the perspective projected by fiction, without outlawing storytelling altogether. NO SALE.OTOH journalism is nonfiction - at least, journalists propagandize to the effect that they arent making it up - and journalists are in principle subject to libel suits if they misrepresent a living person. And that is what should be done to them - a good Alinsky tactic, holding them to their own professed standards - and those lawsuits should name the Associated Press and its membership, joint and several liability. And they should be RICO lawsuits for triple damages, and they should complain of torts against all conservatives - everyone who has donated to defending George Zimmerman, the Duke Lacrosse Three, etc., etc. And about the broadcast news that Gore had won Florida in 2000.
