The Miami media is using this as a "get out the vote" effort for Charlie Crist.... thinking that the idiot youth will support dope and the pro-sodomite Democrat against the Republicans.

The proposed amendment would allow strains of marijuana with greater levels of substances that help prevent epileptic attacks and lower levels of the substance that makes people high. From the above it sounds like this is about low THC/ high CBD strains. Basically they don't get you high, but can be miraculous for people with seizures.
