Levin is one of the few radio hosts worth listening to. It’s funny, I recall him being far more annoying and simplistic in the past, but over the past year, he has really grown on me. He’s principled as they come and has some very old but very (lately) original ideas.
You’re right. Nothing against Rush, but for me, Mark is head and shoulders above the other talkers.
