Palin leads the GOP field in latest polling data
The Beaufort Observer ^ | January 30, 2014

There are two stories here. First, you will note how Public Policy Polling reports the results of its most recent poll of most popular potential GOP candidates for president. If you click on the link and read the PPP narrative you would not realize that Sarah Palin is the choice of more Republican and unaffiliated voters of all of those mentioned. Yet they post Mike Huckabee as the choice. Just another example of how much the liberal Elite Media fears Palin.

The second story is, of course that Palin has a 70% approval rating to a 20% unfavorable. Huckabee has a 46/18 rating, not a significant difference. Of course the "big news" is how much Chris Christie has been hurt by the "scandal" over political retribution by some of his staff. Still nothing compared to the IRS scandal with Obama, but the Elites don't mention that.

It will be interesting to see how all this shakes out after the GOP discloses its amnesty for illegal aliens plans.

But credit where credit is due. At least in this poll the results reported were for likely GOP primary voters. In earlier PPP polls they included Democrats.

We think the overriding conclusion from these results is the fact that there are still way too many "undecided" to say there is a front-runner among any of these potential candidates.

“The one that will make the GOP frightened is the republican who can win. And they’ll sabotage him”

So I guess no conservativ stands a chance. I’m inclined to agree with you.

You are getting conflicting info because Palin and Romney weren’t included in some of the recent polls.

"Scott Walker has done a damn good job"

And he has done so as a chief executive. I'm not sure how he will be on immigration but overall he would be an excellent choice. Not taking anything away from Cruz though but has he ever had executive responsibilities? Obama has shown that we no someone who has done something with there life.

Paljn crossed the line in her full-throated and absurd defense of John McCain and criticism of Arizona Republicans who rightly censured him. Until she apologizes to us Arizonans and walks back her ridiculous and undeserved praise for this traitor, I can’t support her. I also find it curious that she never has much to say about amnesty.

A conservative not only stands a chance, but wll walk away with a landslide.

He’d have conservatives, republicans and the Lo Infos, who know the gimmee stuffs’ greed is not working

They just need leadership

No one has been strong enough in character to run as a conservative and rise above the attackers and those of little faith, so you don’t have an example. Reagan did it. The enemy is stronger now but that’s the type that can do it

The constitution was created for this, reliance on it is a winner

You are right! Sarah is a good kingmaker. She had nothing to do with Marcia Blackburn's election. She was on the scene long before Mrs. Palin showed up.

Name a real conservative.

Anyway, getting back to the constitution is for this country like a recovering addict going back to faith, rejecting tenets of faith out of bitterness is always a loser.

And if you doubt we’re addicted, watch the porn and beer commercials on Sunday. Look at pot legalization at the se time we’re criminalizing cigarettes. That’s pure insanity

“Damn, seriously? “

Well, she isn’t showing up much on national TV! As good as she may be, I personally think she’s frittered away a gift she was given by her choice as McLame’s VP running mate. Only she knows why she has not done more with that leg up. And yeah, I get it that you love her, so do I, but lets’ not let that get in the way of reality. BTW, I hope that I am proven wrong!

I believe Sarah possess the kind of honesty and humility necessary to restore this country so if she decides to run for president, it will become my second job to do all I can for her. I hope she runs. I would love to see Sarah debate the hildahag, what an ass whooping she would deliver to that incompetent murderous witch.

DID YOU SEARCH THAT KEYWORD? She shows up more than ANY other political figure on Google, save for the guy in the White House. More than Biden, Hillary, Boehner, Pelosi, Reid, McConnell, etc. What more can she do to satisfy you? Look down the list of threads, there’s a seminar going on about what her presidency would’ve been like. What other “failed” VP nominee have they ever done that about?

After the 2008 election Gov. Sarah Palin helped lead Republicans to the greatest congressional victory in several generations during the 2010 election with her endorsements and rallies all over the country; she has endorsed 73 candidates for the US House of Representatives and Senate; state governors and attorney generals. Her success rate is at 69%. 18 out of 20 targets in her Take Back the 20 campaign ; this is a 90% success rate! Sarah Palin also had a very strong hand in the party’s few successes during this election. Sarah Palin campaigned for constitutional conservatives like Ted Cruz, Deb Fischer, Paul Gosar, resulting in 5 conservatives being elected to the Senate and 32 conservatives to the House.

“Name a real conservative.”

I think Ted Cruz is close to a real conservative.

Palin leads?

That can’t be right.

Another poll has Huckabee as the lead.

Huckabee? That can’t be right.

Another poll has Romney as the lead.

They can’t all be in the lead!!!!

==

This is going to be a looooooooooooong election season for 2016.
