Express ^ | 31 January 2014 | Nathan Rao

The entire country faces at least three days of torrential downpours, savage 150mph gales and weeks of relentless flood misery.

Storm Brigid is expected to first hit UK shores later this afternoon before the full force of the onslaught rips into the country tomorrow.

Experts say it threatens to cause destruction on a par with the ferocious October St Jude’s Day Storm and subsequent Storm Emily which hit in December.

Look what is happening to Israel with he pressure by the world to give away what God promised.
There is a pattern of this over history.
Remember Gods promises are forever.
Prophesy is being fulfilled and its going to get worse.
This is very serious stuff.

From Genesis 12

The Call of Abram

12 The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you.

2
“I will make you into a great nation,
and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.[a]

3
I will bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse;
and all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you.”[b

We got about 3-4 inches this time. About 6 in the previous episode. Due to the cold though, it stayed longer this time. Lots of the interstate shut down. About 20 miles of I49 shutdown here. The schools were closed for three days here.

Sheesh...they’ve been contending with terrible flooding, many areas still underwater from their last hit... and bad weather left and right for weeks now...to have to face this as well! There’s like no relief for these folks!

They’ve named it. I didn’t know they did that.

Yep, it’s going to be a nasty storm on top of already bad conditions. Been watching their weather for months now, for some reason. I sometimes listen in to their streaming radio scanners when the seas are rough and winds are gale force.

Data buoy near northwest of Ireland says 39 ft wave height. That sounds pretty rough seas, but not the worst.

Since I “travel” online to various places Worldwide I run across weather events as they’re happening, or warnings of... in varying places...but UK doesn’t seem to be getting any breaks in these rains and storms....

My sister-in-law has a weather scanner in Florida. She really enjoys it,....a real buff on following the weather.

Wind turbines that the UK depend on will all be shut down, blackouts are likely because of their dependence on wind and solar.

Oh wow, that’s right! I never thought about that. Terrible what they are facing and have been facing. And it’s winter no less!

There was also apparently a “ghost ship of rats” headed towards Britain.

Yes, here is a link. These are "cannibal" rats, which evidently make the situation more dire.

I just checked weather.com for 5 day forecast for London and it shows partly cloudy today, sunny tomorrow and light showers for a few days after that, no snow in sight, and no heavy winds.

????????
