Indicted Director DíSouza Speaks Out: The Film '2016' Does Seem to Have Gotten Under Obamaís Skin
Gateway Pundit ^ | 01/31/2014 | Jim Hoft

Posted on 02/01/2014 10:09:05 AM PST by lasereye

Dinesh D’Souza was on with Sean Hannity tonight in his first interview since he was indicted on federal charges of violating campaign finance laws by using straw donors to funnel money to a U.S. Senate candidate.

Dinesh said it’s been quite a week” since the politically charged indictment.

Dinesh wouldn’t talk about the case but did say this:

“Well, I will say that the film “2016″ was a film that does seem to have gotten under President Obama’s skin. And the reason for this is it wasn’t just a critique of Obamacare or policies but I, in a sense, went into Obama’s world and also into Obama’s mind. There I was at the Obama family homestead in Kenya. I interviewed his brother. And, of course, we advanced a thesis that here is a traumatized and somewhat of a messed up guy who is haunted by the dreams of his father, the topic of his own autobiography. There was a rant against the film on Obama’s own website which is BarackObama.com. So, we know the film rattled him. We know the film upset him. And whether this is a kind of payback remains to be seen.“

TOPICS: Crime/Corruption; Front Page News; Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: corruption; dsouza; dsouzavideo; obama
The video of the interview is at the website.

Weird. Questionable legal strategy to use a federal indictment to promote a movie. Seems like just the kind of thing to piss off prosecutors and a judge and ensure more zealous prosecution.

” violating campaign finance laws by using straw donors to funnel money to a U.S. Senate candidate.”

Kind of like Obama did in 2008 but nobody was interested in investigating.

You’re joking, right?

The guy is targeted for persecution by the thuggish President of the United States, and you have an issue with him pointing out that it’s because of his movie?

The prosecutor is a Third World Thug who has been tasked with getting back at a co-ethnic who is a “traitor” to the cause of all angry non-whites who have come to America in the last 50 years: gettin’ back at whitey.

$500,000 bail for a violation that most Democrats think is standard procedure?

And you think there’s something to this prosecution that has to do with law enforcement?

The Obama campaign disabled the credit card identity verification in both 2008 and 2012. Enabling illegal donations - either amounts exceeding the legal maximum or foreign donations - is the only plausible explanation.

Do we have the rule of law in the United States when this man is indicted for donating a few thousand more in violation of the law, but nothing is said about the mysterious donations to the Obama campaign or the fact that democrats provide tens of millions (even hundreds for Solyndra) in government loans in return for tens of thousands in campaign donations?

The corruption in D.C. is a stench that chokes us all. Both parties are hopelessly corrupt and now the complexity of campaign finance laws, combined with the loss of ethical government, has created a situation where the government can target enemies using complex laws even as the loopholes allow for the same activity (pay to play).

The defense of this case may be interesting because they know this. In fact, I hope this becomes the basis for a new documentary on crony capitalism, Michael Moore style.

You would never run out of material with green energy, the housing project pushed by Obama for his now incarcerated friend in Chicago, and the fact that GE pays no taxes. I would throw the GOPe overboard as well. Make something where it is clear to the sheeple that the best investments one can make in America are donations to politicians.

How about a segment on Franklin Raines, Barney Frank, and Jamie Gorelick and friends - so many Clintonista’s cooking the books for 100 million in bonuses that costs the taxpayers trillions. Madoff and Enron were child’s play in comparison. How about the community bank in Chicago that was a who’s who of progressive power brokers and envirofascists?

The material is as endless as the corruption.

2016 made $33 million.

His next film,”America” will premiere July 4th and Dinesh got help from some real biggies on it.

If you REALLY are mad about this then you should be sure to see it and bring all your skeptical friends.

Push this next one OVER $33 million and SEND A MESSAGE.

Oh, got it, so in your world non-whites promoted to high positions based on their ethnicity have no prejudices or lingering animosities, they are principled and noble Public Servants who administer the law without regard to race, creed, religion, sexual deviancy or any other personal characteristics that define the modern Democratic party.

And if you believe that, you’re the one with mental issues.

That's called "Abuse of Power" and is indeed impeachable.

But the guys committing the crime are black, so everyone's terrified of prosecuting them because they might be called names.

When we see someone really passionate about America’s Laws and Freedoms and Blessings, how often is it someone from a *foreign* place - who is willing to risk - - kinda like a PATRIOT.

Yes, here is a 21st c Patriot. The kind willing to say ‘give me Liberty or give me Death’ - - makes one think of Breitbart, Hastings, on and on - - and those suffering still, like news reporters trying ~

Dino might be risking financial “death” unless he comes out swinging. It would be refreshing to hear him flat-out deny the charge. For my own part I’ve never been willing to ride with the “give me liberty or give me death “ crowd. I take a more positive approach and if there’s gonna be a fight then I’m going with “give me Liberty or expect your death” because I will do my dambdest to make it happen-———Semper Fi.

First-Class Islam: Eric Holder Puts Muslims Above Terror Suspicion

Department of Injustice Obama's 2nd Term
21 Comments

No more instruction about jihad, and Islam is to be considered a race. Robert Spencer was training FBI agents and military personnel, and he was dropped as well. We saw the consequences of this when the clueless politically correct FBI didn’t know how to handle the intel it received from Russia about Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the Boston Marathon jihad bomber. That jihad could have been prevented. And more will come — all of which could have been prevented, if the U.S. had not gone down this disastrous road, courtesy of Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder.

The bottom line is, no one is safe, trim or no trim."

obama-and-holder“First-Class Islam: Eric Holder Puts Muslims Above Terror Suspicion,” by Timothy Furnish, PJ Media, January 28, 2014

snip

Now, the Obama administration — led by Holder — has decided that Islam is a “race,” and therefore to examine or even to adduce a Muslim’s Islamic beliefs about jihad, beheading, violence against kuffar (“infidels”), or re-establishing a caliphate is tantamount to racism. This administration behavior is rationalized because “federal authorities have in particular singled out Muslims in counter terrorism investigations and Latinos for immigration investigations.”

”violating campaign finance laws"
. . . which are themselves violations of the First Amendment of the Constitution.

I hope the defense mounts a constitutional challenge to the law - alleging that D’nesh Dsouza’s right to freedom of the press - his right to spend his own money in unlimited amounts to use technical means such as the printing press and any other means which is the fruit of the framers’ explicitly intended "progress of science and useful arts" - is the equal in principle to that of the Associated Press and its membership. All arrogant claims of the journalism establishment to the contrary notwithstanding.

I understand that's his argument, except I haven't seen any proof.

The prosecutor is a Third World Thug

Really? We're outsourcing US Attorney jobs to Third World Thugs? Who knew!

who has been tasked with getting back at a co-ethnic who is a “traitor” to the cause of all angry non-whites

What is a "co-ethnic?" How can I recognize a co-ethnic on the streets?

$500,000 bail for a violation that most Democrats think is standard procedure?

I have no idea if Democrats regard campaign finance fraud involving straw donors as "standard procedure," but I do know that a whole bunch of Democrats were arrested by Eric Holder's Justice Department in an FBI sting last year (also involving straw donors), several of whom are now serving lengthy sentences. And I happen to know that case quite well.

Bottom line, regardless of the motivation behind the decision to prosecute this case, I think it's pretty astonishingly dumb to taunt a prosecutor and a judge when they have you by your gonads. You want lower bail, a favorable plea agreement and some of the harsher charges dropped? Great! My guess is that hurling insults and using your charges to promote your movie is not the way to get there.

Ha! So you're calling the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York a "third world thug?" A guy who grew up in the third world slums of Monmouth County New Jersey? LOL. There are some poor, sketchy areas of Jersey you can kinda sorta argue might in a weird sort of way be third world-ish (Camden?) but none of them are located in Monmouth County. For the record Monmouth County is wealthy, suburban, and overwhelmingly (at least by New Jersey standards) Republican.

Natural selection had its way over thousands of years and the white male came out on top. Even Jesus came to us as a white male. It is not surprising that the rest of humanity is bitter over it and wants to “even out the playing field.”

Please don’t try to Christianize your natural selection views, Christ came to put all men of all races “up on top”. Your bigotry is repugnant! Christ is Hebrew and semitic in race...but the Bible said he is radiant in his glorified body and John had trouble looking upon his true glory as described in Revelation.

Christ said to his disciples, “Don’t be as the Gentiles who Lord it over each other”(natural selection), but commanded that they Love one another”.

Christ’s heaven has all kinds of people from all tribes, tongues and nations. Christ will be on top, not white men!
