Why does Kerry feel the need to only inch his way towards the US military fighting Israel? We seem to be doing almost everything but direct military attacks on our main middle-east ally.

If American Jews did vote on the basis of Israel, a lot of the SAME PEOPLE would still be bashing them for putting Israel first instead of putting their vision for America first.
