Desperate to distract from the ongoing Obamacare disaster, alleged marital discord between Barack and Michelle Obama is being strategically leaked by White House insiders, and beginning to break into the mainstream media via familiar channels.
Anyone who stood in a supermarket checkout line last week (a sizable portion of the adult female population, and not inconsiderable portion of the males) saw the National Enquirer cover story blaring allegations of a screaming match between the Obamas in the wake of Michelle's star-studded fiftieth birthday party. That story has now broken into the mainstream media via the world's most popular English language news site, the UK Daily Mail:
If rumours are to be believed, the 21-year marriage of Barack and Michelle Obama has been racked by screaming rows, allegations of infidelity and a string of jealous fights.
While the White House has refused to comment on the reports there has been a distinct frostiness in the air between the couple in recent months.
According to a report in the National Enquirer - which plastered 'Obama Divorce Bombshell!' across its front page - the pair have been at loggerheads since last summer and are now sleeping in separate bedrooms.
The 'final straw', apparently, was Michelle's outrage when her husband publicly humiliated her by openly flirting and posing for his now infamous 'selfie' photograph with Denmark's glamorous blonde Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt at Nelson Mandela's memorial service.
According to published reports, Mrs Obama is only standing by her 52-year-old husband until his presidency ends.

I think this has been happening a lot longer than what is being quoted. A trained person (mothers especially) can see this in non-verbal language.
Even if there is no love between Michelle and Barak, his open flirting with a beautiful white woman would be very insulting and humiliating for her. No woman wants to feel like second fiddle around a man who is supposed to give his attention to her. It’s just how we are programmed.
I really dislike these two and what their communist agenda is doing to our once free country, however divorce between two people when there are children involved is sad and never improves their lives.

Actually, the tabloids were predicting the demise of the Clinton’s marriage too. I think that there were actually a few articles that ran about the demise of George and Laura Bush’s marriage. It’s what they do. It’s fun to read but I’m not making book on it.

That is true. But, they do not live together anymore. He lives in NY, she lives in DC. They meet for publicity photos of them together. They really are not together. They just haven't formally divorced because she still has political ambitions and he will be useful to her in attaining her goal.
I thought the selfie thing was a staged event. There are too many rumors about his being a fag, so they wanted something out there that made him look like a guy who likes girls.
As for the rumors that there is trouble, I doubt that, too. They know their role in the marriage, and will play it. When Clinton was getting caught with all the girls, she used to put out articles about how angry she was, because she wanted to protect her political career, and it wouldn't help her career if people knew it was just a political alliance without any love. If Michelle is floating rumors of trouble, she is angling for something.
