The Pro-Life Action League is joining a nationwide boycott being organized by John Pisciotta of Pro-Life Waco, in Waco, Texas, who has been battling the Girl Scouts for years over their ties to abortion giant Planned Parenthood.
This year’s nationwide boycott was triggered by the Girl Scout’s glowing praise last year for two of the pro-life movement’s greatest foes: Texas state senator Wendy Davis and Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. The Girl Scouts called Davis as an “incredible” woman who deserved to be on a list of 2013 “Women of the Year,” only a few weeks after calling Kathleen Sebelius a woman of “courage” and “character.”
girlscouts5Davis rose to national fame for filibustering a Texas law banning late term abortions and requiring abortion facilities to adhere to safety standards, while wearing a pair of pink sneakers. Sebelius is responsible for implementing the pro-abortion provisions of Obamacare, including the infamous HHS Mandate that forces employers to provide free abortion-inducing drugs in their health plans, regardless of any religious or moral objections

Had they been smart, they’d have kept their support for baby butchering quiet until AFTER the cookie sale.
We have not supported the Gay Scouts or Abortion Scouts since the Left has taken them over.
My feelings exactly, although it does take a little moral internal pep talk to continue walking by those little girls when they are parked in front of local stores.
I’ve heard that most money from local girl scout cookie sales stays with local troops for their local activities. Don’t know if that’s true, but if so, could help us all decide if we want to contribute or not.

Most of the local activities do not promote healthy and wholesome womanhood. (Just as most local activities for Boy Scouts do not promote manhood anymore.)
Wonder if they are also going to Boycott the Boy Scout Pop Corn Sales for Scout National Council caving in to the Gays?
There’s still a tacit support for abortion though so I will still continue walking. Whether or not I comment to a parent would be dependent on my mood. I’m in Mass. so I’d likely get attacked by a dozen women, 6 would probably be lesbians, and the rest used to be men.

Geez, wish I had known about the boycott sooner as I’ve already eaten at least a dozen boxes. Woulda save me some pounds for sure :) seriously though, I’m not in for punishing a bunch of little girls for their parents stupidly. So, guess I’ll keep eating on those cookies....

Yes, what do you say to little girls in uniforms at your door trying to sell cookies?

But maybe...just ONE box of Caramel DeLites won’t break the bank....
