(CNSNews.com) – Dr. Don Easterbrook – a climate scientist and glacier expert from Washington State who correctly predicted back in 2000 that the Earth was entering a cooling phase – says to expect colder temperatures for at least the next two decades.
Easterbrook’s predictions were “right on the money” seven years before Al Gore and the United Nation’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize for warning that the Earth was facing catastrophic warming caused by rising levels of carbon dioxide, which Gore called a “planetary emergency.”
“When we check their projections against what actually happened in that time interval, they’re not even close. They’re off by a full degree in one decade, which is huge. That’s more than the entire amount of warming we’ve had in the past century. So their models have failed just miserably, nowhere near close. And maybe it’s luck, who knows, but mine have been right on the button,” Easterbrook told CNSNews.com.
“For the next 20 years, I predict global cooling of about 3/10ths of a degree Fahrenheit, as opposed to the one-degree warming predicted by the IPCC,” said Easterbrook, professor emeritus of geology at Western Washington University and author of 150 scientific journal articles and 10 books, including “Evidence Based Climate Science,” which was published in 2011. . .

The global warming fanatics have any excuse for anything that happens. Now they say “if it wasn’t for CO2 emissions we would be in an ice age now”. Basically pulling their scientific observations out of a certain oriface.
I’ve decided that the global warming thing is really about depopulating vast areas of the globe which is why they go after sources of energy. Its actually easier to keep people warm in cold environments than it is to cool people in warm environments if they have sources of energy to do so.

Global warming cultists are like 3 year old kids making up the rules of a game so they always win. The rules can and will contradict previous unchangeable rules such as England winters would never see snow or the temperature will follow the hockey stick, or the total disregard of any cooling event until the invention of the polar vortex. It would be comical if it weren’t so dangerous to our liberty, finances and sovereignty.
There are now over 200 variables that the GW Junk Scientists use in their GW Computer Models.
Hence, since independently testing each variable is the basis of Scientific Testing, the GW Junk Scientists have lowered the GW Speculation to an untestable level.

Not just that, but the research is often Cherry picked. This was shown when the IPCC’s emails were hacked. They were actively deleting data that did not support global warming. Is that science? They’re letting the conclusion determine the evidence, not the other way around. And yet still liberals cite their research as legitimate.
Interesting considering WWU is a very liberal school.
Look for Dr. Eastbrook to be forced into retirement in 5...4...3...2...

The purpose of Science is to find the truth.
We used to use Cause and Effect, The Scientific Method and a large dose of skepticism.
Today we settle for what a politician can infer from Statistics, Null Hypothesis “Testing,” and voting.
A Scientist tries to prove his idea wrong, and failing to do so he/she is duty bound to ask his/her peers to prove his idea wrong.
After a large number of objective, independent testing of all assumptions, speculations and variables in the idea, it moves from an idea to a speculation to an hypothesis.
IF the peer Scientists cannot objectively prove the idea wrong, THEN a few frustrated peer Scientists will begrudgingly admit that the hypothesis should be tentatively raised to the rare and lofty level of a Theory.
Since the Global Warming Speculation has no known Cause and Effect, it thus remains where it began - - - as an unscientific speculation that is popular with Social Engineers.
Yes skepticism is important to science, but liberals now say you shouldn’t question global warming, and if you do you’re “anti science”. They don’t know what science is, however. They treat it like a belief system, not a methodology. To them it’s group think, with skepticism having no place.

Not to mention, when actual data is plugged into the Computer Models, they don't even accurately represent what happened in the PAST, much less predict the FUTURE.
