We signed an international treaty, and there are federal and international laws against production, sale, or possession of cannabis. All these states legalizing or decriminalizing pot seem to be ignoring international law.

What will UN or INTERPOL do?

Interpol isn't a recognized enforcement mechanism for this sort of thing. The UN has peacekeepers but their mission isn't to interfere in this sort of thing.

Treaty violations will likely simply be ignored. I don't think anyone wants to see civil violence over stoners. They aren't worth it.
