Coca-Cola Corporation has a website and blog promoting their "inspiring" advertisement during the Super Bowl.

It needs some serious freeping to ensure the liberals (who didn't watch the durned game anyway) do not have the only voice.

You'll need to logon via facebook, gmail or another social networking site.

I submitted a comment a couple days ago and the comments were running 2:1 against Coke. Now they are 99:1 in favor so no doubt the libs were told to freep the blog themselves.

Have at it, Freepers!

I didn't think so. I thought the Cheerios message was little more than "cute family, eats Cheerios." Nothing wrong with that.

The message seems to be “America is a great place because the soil in North America is magical. If America were founded and solely occupied by Burqa and Turbin wearing Muslims, there would still be every bit of prosperity and Freedom as there is now.”

Sounds OK to me America is beautiful in any language. They were not singing about China or any other country or burning our flag.

If you boycott every material item suggested as boycottable on FR, you’ll definitely wind up living like a rural Afghani.

I thought we mostly said in a thread yesterday that we didn’t care about this and that the Libs were using only a few comments to label us as bigots. It was a reasonably long thread. Did I miss something?

Who friggin cares?

Heck, if you followed the logic of some of the hair-trigger boycotters around here, you’d eventually have to boycott FR itself.

I watched the ad after hearing about the supposed controversy, and I can’t find anything wrong with it.

LOL well said.

At one point years ago I compiled a list of every retail store that was nominated for boycott. After a couple of months the only option remaining was the St. Vincent dePaul thrift store. Then someone posted an anti-Catholic screed.

Nope. I don't do those. Let the libs delude themselves thinking that their opinions are shared by all.
