Cash-strapped counties in six states are enrolling inmates in Obamacare health insurance plans as a way to shift costs to the federal government – a tactic that's legal but frustrating for some Republicans who don't want to see the success levels of President Obama's signature law inflated artificially.

And have their identities stolen so when they get out they’ll immediately be arrested for using false IDs. Their own.
Republicans are scared to call this out?
How do the prisoners get to the health care exchange doctors?
You can check in, but you can’t check out.
They access healthcare services by van (very expensive to transport) or soon by telemedicine (inexpensive). Some of the larger prisons with thousands of inmates have their own staffed hospitals.
By law an inmate is not supposed to get substandard care, so they should be pretty upset getting stuck with obamacare.
They bring em to the ER like they’ve done for years. I get really sick of seeing prisoners since there is ALWAYS some form of secondary gain to the visit, either for narcs, or just a chance to get out, see the nurses and get a non jail meal...
California has been doing this for a long time. I worked in a prison hospital for 11 years.

You are correct sir. We were ALWAYS disgusted, because we felt the inmates got the best healthcare money could buy, certainly better than we were getting. Going to Obamacare, surely is a step down for them. The inmates will sue the state, claiming substandard care, and I can absolutely guarantee they will win. I do not think there is any medical type lawsuit, that they have not won. We had myriads of different procedures, the majority of which, were brought on by lawsuits.
Yep, been there, done that. I had no problem with legitimate medical problems, because sometimes they were. More often, it was exactly as you describe. Many times, if medical staff determined they were faking it, we would write them a violations report, for deliberately manipulating staff. The criminals did not like it, but F them.
Well ZERO and his minions can use it when they get their most deserved orange jump suits. . . .
I’m sure their family members will also be brought onto Obamacare and they’ll be sure to get them voter registration information as well.
The chances of it being repealed look very dim to me. Imagine how embedded it will become during the years leading to the end of Obama's reign of terror.
This is frightening...and the GOP appears to be without leadership, cohesiveness and a plan as the slimy tentacles fasten their grip on a virtually helpless populace.
