How’s your weather?
I get 7-10 days on battery with my old unit, since I have almost everything disabled, and it’s only for incoming/outgoing calls, and I shut it off at 6pm anyway. If anyone needs to reach me then, they can call my landline or email.
My sister, cousins, friends all have desktop PCs, lappers, iPads, iPhones and they take them everywhere, and chide me for having only that old Nokia phone. I could give a flying rat’s rearend. They’re in for a shock if/when TSHTF and none of those gadgets work anymore. Having all those things, 24x7x365 is an addiction, and I know what that was like, 3yrs ago.
When I’m out with friends at a restaurant, I watch couples texting each other across the table, saying few if any words all evening. Mind-boggling!
I’M UNPLUGGED AND FREE WHEN I LEAVE MY PLACE! Just me and my firearms, BOB (Bug Out Bag) and other special SHTF ‘items’.
I can’t stand that twerp. The fact that he ever got to be a general leads me to believe there are some serious problems in the military.

Just so you know when everything “pops off”, I am coming to your place and taking all of your canned goods, bottled water, laundry soap and other supplies. You may think you can do something about it but I promise you will not be able to do a thing about it. I could use extra 9 volt batteries so make sure you have plenty of those for me. Don’t worry about the ammo because I no doubt have that covered. Thanks for stockpiling for me you are saving me a lot of trouble. Oh, PS: please do not think you can stop me from taking your stuff. Thats all.

As you can see from the attached picture of my shelves, they are bare. You have all kinds of stuff and I have none. It’s funny that you people want to quote the bible when it is convenient to you how about when it says you need to share your stuff with people that do not have any stuff? Im gonna help you out Jesse you honestly think all your bullets and your dog Murphy are going to save you when things pop off. Here is a video of the dogs the government are going to unleash on you when they come to take your weapons. When Murphy sees this coming he is going to run to his doghouse close the door behind him and put up a “gone fishing” sign. You have no chance. You might have a lot of bullets but guess what the government just bought 9.6 BILLION! you disappoint me, pal. first, i don’t quote the bible; i’m not that smart and don’t wear my religion on my sleeve. i have a very personal and private relationship with my God. second, murphy was a cat, and died peacefully at 17, in my arms in sept 2012; he’s buried at my parent’s home. third, those mechanical “dogs” will last 3-4secs against a 50cal bmg, or a few secs longer with a 12ga slug; either round will do massive damage to the electronics. it’ll be comical and expensive to haul them away and junk them. another waste of taxpayers’ monies. tsk, tsk, tsk, emmitt. tell me, emmitt: why don’t you have any stuff? are you poor? or just feeling angry for not preparing, as the Bible tells us all to do? or just the lazy kind of bloke who parties too much, lives in your mom’s basement, is poor at planning and inept at watching the signs all around for society’s impending collapse? it’d also be hilarious if the cops and you arrived, and there was very little food here, and no firearms. maybe a cardboard box with 10-15 cans of expired beans with salmonella, urine-filled water bottles and some well-used TP. another thing to consider is that when SHTF, 95% of local/state cops will desert to be with their families for defense and survival, and the few who don’t, won’t last very long if they try taking peoples’ guns away. count on it happening. you have no idea whatsoever what kind of a lethal buzzsaw you’d be walking into with your pitiful plan in mind. i’m surrounded my several ex-military, former police and numerous hunter-marksmen in this condo complex and the 2 complexes across the street. We’ve met many times and have actively trained and prepared for this eventuality, among many others. you might want to read-up on what happens to looters, emmitt. make sure your affairs are in order before you come here; you won’t be returning from whence you came. guaranteed. by the time it’s over, all of you will wish you hadn’t done something so stupid and life-ending. pls bring a slip of paper for yourself and each of your pals’ pertinent info, so we can kindly notify next-of-kin, as well as file appropriate coroner reports. I am one of those people that was tethered to a pager for YEARS....and now I am tethered to a cell phone....when I am of duty EVERYTHING is shut off...and I do not own, nor do I want a perconal cell phone....People have forgotten how to write a letter due to E-mail.
