Another aspect to fiat law changes to consider: the sheer size of the law.
When a law is thousands of pages, and gives license to tens of thousands of pages of new regulations and references to other legislation, tweaks to the implementation then becomes almost necessary to get anywhere. In effect, when there is a flooding of law, the executive must get creative to implement, while the lawmakers get complacent to and condone encroachment on legislative power.
EVERYONE is afraid to say anything about Soetoro’s lawlessness because they know everybody will call them a “rasis”. Even their own mother.

It seems to be the ACA has been altered from its original legally approved by the Democrat Congress, signed by the Democrat President that it’s current legality is now questionable.

If Obama can change the law unilaterally, the House can, too. The House can do it legally, though, by simply denying it funding. If only Boehner had Ted Cruz’s brains and balls.
Yup. It is time for us FReepers to shift up into second gear and pressure our sorry House RINOs to boot out Boehner by April 15, 2014!
