Once a man serves his time he is free or at least he should be.

As for the child molester question, he should forfeit his freedom for life if convicted of that.

I'm not calling for turning bad people loose I think the law should be very specific in sentencing.

I think that once you punish someone and they serve that time they are free.

Free all rights restored.

If the crime is one that can not be rehabilitated then it's life or a quick death sentence.

There is a reason almost every infraction can now be a felony, its a excuse to tell people they are free but deny them the right to protect themselves and their homes.
