What Would The GOP Do With A House-Senate Majority In 2015?
Townhall ^

Everything begins with leadership. That's why Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam took out the ax yesterday. He wants to win. He wasn't winning. He wasn't going to win. So he changed up the leadership.

Well, if you look at past history, they will totally screw it up so that the Democrats would be back in the very next election.

Surrender? Sell out? Bow and lick Obama’s ring? Polish his shoes?

Other thoughts come to mind, but I won’t mention them in polite company.

Read this....

You do know that you can post more than 10 words in a thread, don't you?

As more and more FReepers (old and new alike) post articles, they really need to pay attention to what they are doing. I know there is a need to excerpt many articles, but remember - you have up to 300 words or no more than 1/2 of the article if it is less than 300 words. May I make some basic suggestions when excerpting? In addition to the above mentioned FR guidelines, please copy and paste the "who-what-when..." of the article. Earlier today, someone posted an article about a student getting arrested at school for an item found in his...

We can count on anything that they do that helps the nation will be credited to Obama and anything negative that happens for any reason will be blamed on them.

With Boner and McGoiterNeck as leaders, absolutely nothing to advance sovereignty, fiscal sanity, freedom or conservatism.

Were that the case, on ELECTION night they would hold a press conference on how they were going to work proactively with Obama to do whatever.

Nothing would happen. America would go further into the current start at dictatorship and King Obama would be dictator for life.

America, remember there are two things that have caused the situation we are now in. First, Justice Roberts, a traitor to America. Second, the failure of electing Romney. And there are still idiots that cannot understand how stupid they were. These lack the intelligence to understand what they have done.

Considering that President Obama would likely not sign any legislation out of a GOP congress, all they can do is stop Obama from advancing his policies and agenda.

This will disappoint the curl up in the fetal position and spit invectives at “RINOS,” but you have to grow up sometime.

I wonder why Hewitt is so high on the Senate leadership? They are just as feckless as the House leadership, but Hewitt has nothing but glowing praise for McConnell.

Hewitt is incredibly off, reading between the lines this is a swipe at conservatives.
A shutdown cannot be ruled out. Without it there is no chance of reform.
With a slim majority the likes of Collins and Murkowski will continue to allow Obama to appoint left-wing freaks to positions.

The Leadership needs to plan alright. It needs to plan to apply conservative solutions so it can show success.

95 percent of elected Republicans either fake conservatism or repudiate it.

12 House Republicans did not support Boehner’s leadership at the beginning of this session after he pushed through an “imperfect deal” with Obama.

That tells me the other 215 or so need to go and we are about 210 votes short of a conservative majority in the House.
